On Feb. 17, 2024, Venus will come into conjunction with Pluto at 00°51' Aquarius (Figure 1), transforming our relationships in order to clear space for the revolutionary expansion that is coming with the Uranus-Jupiter conjunction in Taurus on Apr. 20, 2024.

And just the day prior on Feb. 16, 2024 at 7:52pm PST, Mercury squares Uranus exact, pointing to revealing and potentially contentious conversations that set the scenes for the Pluto-Venus conjunction.
Wherever Pluto-Venus hits on our charts, we can expect endings/transformations/beginnings in the corresponding arena.
Below are short descriptions of where the conjunction might affect you. Please check the following signs:

for Sagittarius Ascendant or Sun:
The Pluto-Venus conjunction happens in your 2nd house, transforming your personal values and priorities. This can be the rags-to-riches jackpot combination, or in the reverse. The Uranus-Jupiter conjunction will happen in your 5th house, so bringing children into the picture or allowing revolutionary breakthrough in your creative self-expression and pursuits. And shifts in your resources would set you up for that.

The Pluto-Venus conjunction happens in your 10th house, transforming your social status and reputation. The Uranus-Jupiter conjunction will happen in the 1st house, revolutionizing your personal identity. The arc here can be transformations in your public reputation and persona, which sets the scene for expansions in personal evolution and mastery. Or it could be shifts in career that pushes you to expand in personal identity.
For Pisces Ascendant or Sun:
The Pluto-Venus conjunction happens in your 11th house, transforming your relationship with your wider community and extended family. The Uranus-Jupiter conjunction will happen in the 2nd house, revolutionizing your personal resource and skillset. This could mean forming deeper bonds with your network circle that gets you ready for an increase in personal finance, or transforming your long-term goals that lead to an expansion of your skillset and electrifying results for your income.
For Aquarius Ascendant or Sun:
The Pluto-Venus conjunction happens in your 12th house, transforming one's spiritual foundations through potentially karmic events. Uranus-Jupiter conjunction will happen in the 3rd house, revolutionizing your communication style and relationship with friends and peers. The storyline here could be that events transpire that transform your spiritual belief and a co-creative partnership with spirit, in a sense. This gets you ready to revolutionize the way you communicate and express your ideas.
We can take a look at Whoopi Goldberg's example (Figure 2) and surmise that as the Pluto-Venus conjunction hits her natal Chiron, karmic wounds can be activated in order to be released. This could be wounds surrounding her sibling and/or colleagues. As the wounds transform and transmute, her relationship with faith and the unseen can also be transformed, and that sets the scene for a new communication approach.

And because 3rd house is also the house of broadcasting and journalism, we might see her going into a new phase of broadcasting that is more co-creative with spirit and that reaches deeper into her soul. My projection is that as opposed to her past communication style, she'll be able to transcend into a new paradigm of communication where she can ground the communication in the practical while touching difficult and controversial subjects. As a result, more people would be more open to hear and resonate with her. And this shift comes from being able to process and transform the karmic wounds so she can reach a new understanding of how to communicate her spirit to the world in a more innovative and effective way. I personally hope she takes this route of conscious integration as opposed to the other extreme, which is leaving the activated conditioning unexamined that leads to forceful communications of reactive sentiments. Though no blame here either way, we've all done it before.
Overall, this energy extends all the way out to the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction on Apr. 20, 2024. Meaning breathe deeply, take it slow, there is time to process the changes that we need to make in order to welcome a new expansion.
Lastly, I have a slightly dystopian editorial of these planetary events if you'd like the entertainment. As Venus continues to transit Pluto in Aquarius until Pluto exits Aquarius in 2044, we'll really be asking ourselves how AI can be integrated into fulfilling our intimacy needs. The age of plugging into virtual reality to see our virtual partners and virtual family is not far off. As our attention span and tolerance for growing pain decreases, our dependence on pain-avoidant distractions increases.
The way to do this right, in my opinion, is to accept and surrender to the Plutonian transformations of any real relationship. We open up to intimacy and vulnerability with real people and we get hurt (people change, and die), we learn to feel and process the hurt, and we evolve through the process, no matter how long and arduous. Not that I would stop Dan Stevens' bionic character in the movie "I'm Your Man" from courting me if that hunk of a machine delivers its relationship promises. But I would project that there is something about the Plutonian evolutionary healing process that brings such depth to our being that can't be second-handed through computer programming. At least that is my personal understanding at the moment. We'll see if that changes in the future, and Data the android (from Star Trek: TNG) becomes sentient. And may it be so (wait wha..!?!@!?#!?$%!?).
